How Meridian Consulting collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.

Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the personal data you voluntarily provide: name, company (optional), email address, the service category you select and the content of your message. We also store a timestamp of the submission.
Purposes and legal basis
Submitted data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a possible business engagement. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only as required by applicable accounting and tax legislation.
Recipients
Contact-form data is not sold. Hosting and email providers are used to operate the website and deliver enquiries. With the consent described below, measurement events are also sent to Google for analytics or ad measurement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Google Analytics and ad measurement
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, for visit analytics and for measurement of enquiries from Google Ads.
Visit analytics includes page addresses, device information, interactions and traffic data. Analytics storage is enabled only after acceptance.
With your consent to visit analytics and ad measurement, Google receives successful enquiry events, the selected service category, phone and email click events, page addresses, campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers when present in the address (such as GCLID). This measurement uses GA4 and its connection to Google Ads to assess ad performance. Advertising storage and advertising-related data use are enabled only with this consent.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message text entered in the contact form are not included in our measurement events. Personalised advertising is not enabled by this consent.
You may change or withdraw your consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent application measurement events for that purpose; it does not automatically delete data already sent to Google.
