Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the personal data you voluntarily provide: name, company (optional), email address, the service category you select and the content of your message. We also store a timestamp of the submission.

Purposes and legal basis

Submitted data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a possible business engagement. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only as required by applicable accounting and tax legislation.

Recipients

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We use a limited set of processors strictly to operate the website and deliver email (hosting and email forwarding providers), under appropriate data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), an analytics service provided by Google LLC, for anonymous analysis of how the site is used.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of how the site is used, including basic information about the device, interactions and site traffic.

Analytics cookies are activated only after the user's consent via the cookie banner.

The data is used exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes to improve the quality of the website and user experience.
