Meridian Consulting was founded to support entrepreneurs and SMEs with business planning, financial projections, procurement strategy and operational improvement.

Meridian Consulting combines business planning, procurement and operational thinking with practical experience from a retail procurement environment. The goal is not to deliver a generic document, but to help make clearer decisions and turn them into steps that can actually be implemented.

Through years of work in retail procurement, Dominik gained direct insight into supplier negotiations, product categories, pricing, assortment decisions, operational coordination and commercially grounded business decision-making.
