Meridian Consulting is led by Dominik Prelec, an economist with hands-on experience in procurement, supplier communication and business operations within a large-scale retail environment.

Through years of work in procurement, Dominik gained practical insight into supplier negotiations, product categories, pricing, market dynamics, operational coordination and business decision-making. This experience forms the foundation of Meridian Consulting's approach: structured, practical and focused on real business outcomes.
